Thank you for visiting my website to learn more about my campaign for North Dakota Public Service Commissioner.
After two decades of respected, bi-partisan work on energy policy and technology in our state, across the region and nationally, I will bring experience, independence and accountability to a Public Service Commission that has become too close to partisan politics and to those it regulates.
The PSC plays a vital role in safeguarding the interests of North Dakota consumers, businesses, agricultural producers and others, while making critical decisions regarding future development our state’s abundant fossil and renewable energy resources. As a rancher and landowner, I understand firsthand how the work of the PSC affects local people, businesses, communities, and the natural heritage of our great state.
I invite you to join me in my campaign to:
- Put the public back into the Public Service Commission by watching out for all North Dakotans;
- Promote innovative and responsible energy development that fosters sound stewardship and respects the rights and needs of local people and communities; and
- Restore nonpartisanship, integrity and public confidence in the PSC.
